Terms and Conditions for SMS Compliance

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

By using the services of Auto International Insurance,Inc., you agree to receive communications from us for appointment reminders, status updates and conversational messages. Message frequency may vary, with an average of 4 to 5 messages per month.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Auto International Insurance,Inc.. for appointment reminders, status updates and conversational messages. 

  1. Opting Out of SMS Communications

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. Upon receipt of your request to unsubscribe, we will promptly remove you from our SMS messaging list. You may also contact us at Marketing@asegure.net to manually request removal. You will receive a confirmation text after unsubscribing.

3. Frequency  and Types of Messages

Auto International Insurance,Inc. will have a message frequency of 4 to 5 messages per month.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply to any messages sent. Auto International Insurance,Inc.. is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier for the use of our SMS services.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that the phone number provided is accurate and that you are the authorized user of the mobile device or have the owner’s permission to receive SMS messages. You will inform us if you change or deactivate your mobile phone number to avoid SMS messages being sent to someone else.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your personal information or phone number with third parties for any reason.

SMS services may not be available in all areas or may be delayed based on your location, mobile carrier, or other technical limitations. We are not liable for any delays, delivery failures, or miscommunication issues due to technical errors outside of our control.

We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on our website. Continued participation in our SMS services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
