Generally businesses with under $5M in annual revenue and smaller premises. Includes restaurants, retail shops, offices, small workshops and many more.
Does BOP include Workers' Compensation?
No. Workers' Comp is a separate insurance required by California law for businesses with employees. BOP covers property and liability, but not employee workplace injuries.
